Article 1 – Definitions
Within the framework of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall be interpreted as follows:
Right of cancellation: The period during which the consumer may exercise his right to cancel the transaction.
consumer: An individual who does not operate within the framework of an occupation or profession, and enters into a remote agreement with a business.
day: Calendar day.
Ongoing agreement: A distance agreement concerning a number of products and/or services, which are provided during a certain period.
Sustainable storage media: Any means that allows a consumer or business to store personal information so that it can be viewed in the future and retrieved without change.
Right of cancellation: The consumer's option to cancel the agreement within the cancellation period.
business: Yael Mode – The person or company that provides products and/or services to consumers remotely.
Remote agreement: An agreement in which exclusive use is made of means of distance communication for the purpose of communication between the consumer and the business.
Remote communication means: Any means that allows a transaction to be closed without the consumer and the business being in the same location.

Article 3 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer by Yael Mode and to every distance agreement concluded between Yael Mode and the consumer, including every order placed through the website.
Before the conclusion of the distance agreement, these terms will be made available to the consumer. If this is not possible, the possibility of reviewing them on the Yael Mode website and receiving them upon request will be indicated.
Article 4 – The Proposal
If an offer has a limited validity or is subject to certain conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
The offer is subject to change. Yael Mode reserves the right to update or change offers at any time.
The description of the products and services will be accurate and detailed enough to allow the consumer to make an adequate assessment.
Images on the site are for illustrative purposes only, but Yael Mode strives to accurately depict the actual products.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement comes into effect when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the required conditions.
If the offer is accepted online, Yael Mode will confirm acceptance of the offer electronically.
Article 6 – Right of cancellation
When purchasing products, the consumer may cancel the agreement within 30 days From the date of receipt of the product, without the need for a reason.
The cancellation period begins on the day after the consumer or his representative receives the product.
Article 7 – Cancellation costs
In the event that the consumer exercises the right of cancellation, the return costs will apply to him.
If the consumer has paid any amount, Yael Mode will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date of the cancellation notice.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of cancellation
Yael Mode may deny the right of cancellation for certain products, such as customized products or products that have been opened from personal use, provided that this is expressly stated in the offer.
Article 9 – Prices
During the offer period, the prices of products and services will not change, except for changes resulting from tax rates or new regulations.
Price changes within 3 months of the contract date are permitted only if they arise from legal provisions.
Article 10 – Compliance with obligations and responsibilities
Yael Mode guarantees that the products match their description on the site, meet reasonable quality requirements, and are suitable for normal use of products of this type.
Defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported in writing within 30 days of receipt of the product.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
Yael Mode will fulfill confirmed orders as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the date of the order, unless the consumer has agreed to another date.
Article 12 – Continuing Agreements: Duration, Termination and Renewal
A consumer may cancel an agreement for an unlimited period at any time, subject to the established cancellation rules and by giving no more than one month's notice.
